These Terms govern your access to and use of the TeQuaidas Diagnostics website, online booking, and patient-facing services in the State of Georgia. By using the site or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
TeQuaidas Diagnostics is a mobile specimen-collection and concierge phlebotomy company serving metro Atlanta. We coordinate with third-party reference laboratories (such as Quest, Labcorp, Rupa Health, and specialty kits) and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ to book services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
3. Bookings, cancellations & no-shows
- Appointments must be booked within posted business hours (Eastern Time, metro Atlanta).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a $35 non-refundable cancellation fee.
- If the patient or location is unavailable at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a no-show and charged the full service fee or $35, at our discretion.
- STAT collection requests may carry additional fees disclosed at the time of ordering.
4. Healthcare disclaimers
Our services facilitate specimen collection only. Results are released to the ordering provider where applicable. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.
5. Payments, refunds & insurance
Service fees are charged at the time of booking via Stripe. Most concierge services are paid out-of-pocket. We do not bill commercial insurance for mobile collection unless explicitly noted. Refunds are issued only for services we are unable to fulfill.
6. SMS & email communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional emails and SMS messages related to your appointment. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in our emails. Standard message and data rates may apply.
7. Limitation of liability & governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, TeQuaidas Diagnostics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. These Terms are governed by Georgia law, with exclusive venue in Fulton County, Atlanta.
