Collection fee ≠ laboratory test cost

Quest / Labcorp / Rupa requisition: $35 collection
Standard mobile blood draw: $65 collection
Specialty-kit collection: $45 collection

These fees cover specimen collection, not the laboratory’s testing charges. Tests and other selected services may cost extra; review your order total before paying. Choose your draw and upload your requisition or kit order when you book a mobile visit.
